RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At PCG, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, customers must contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. Requests submitted after 7 days from delivery may not be approved.

All claims must be submitted by email and include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the alleged defect, damage, or incorrect item

Sufficient photographic evidence must be provided for us to evaluate the claim. Claims submitted without adequate photos or supporting evidence may be denied.

If your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:
• Incorrect sizing selected by the customer
• Change of mind
• Normal wear and tear
• Minor variations in color or appearance due to screen settings
